Scholar Athlete Award Winners
The West Covina Dukes Scholar Athlete Awards are
the best prizes we issue. Annually, the coaches parlay over the other awards, some are
clear and some are not so clear, but the Scholar Athlete Awards are not subject to opinion
or interpretation. 3.0 GPA clear cut, it's the big prize! It is the first tangible
required to play college baseball and open yourself to scouts; and that's the beauty of
it! Our Dukes motto : "We hit the books first, then we hit baseball", is the
main reason we have so many former players in college and professional baseball today. The
next level, Play Ball!
